Q: How do I schedule a tour of the venue?
 
A: Tours are by appointment only. You can contact us via phone or email to schedule a private showing—we’d love to show you around!
 
Q: How far in advance should I book my event?
 
A: We recommend booking at least 12 months in advance for peak wedding season (spring/fall), though some dates may still be available sooner. But please always ask!
 
Q: What is included with the rental of the venue?
 
A: Our standard rental includes access to the ceremony site, reception space, bridal and groom suites, tables and chairs, and on-site parking.
 
Q: Do you offer in-house catering or allow outside vendors?
 
A: We allow outside vendors, including caterers. We also have a preferred vendor list we’re happy to share to make your planning easier.
 
Q: How many guests can your venue accommodate?
 
A: Our venue accommodates up to 800 guests. Please contact us for details based on your specific layout and event style.
 
Q: Is there a space for both ceremony and reception?
 
A: Yes! We offer beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, as well as a stunning reception hall—all in one convenient location.
 
Q: What’s your alcohol policy?
 
A: We allow alcohol with the use of a licensed bartender and security personnel. Specific guidelines and insurance requirements apply.
 
Q: Is there on-site parking?
 
A: Yes, we have ample on-site parking for you and your guests.
 
Q: What is your payment and cancellation policy?
 
A: A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. Our cancellation policy is outlined in our rental agreement and can be reviewed during your tour.
